COMASSO Association

COMASSO is a registered association consisting of three bodies, the General Assembly, the Board and the Working Groups. The organization structure of COMASSO is as shown in the picture below.

Board of the Association

The Board consists of three Members. The three members of the board are

• The Chairman

• Responsible for all duties which are not assigned to another Board Member

• Represents the Association towards third parties.

• The Vice-Chairman

• Represents the Chairman of the Board in the case that the Chairman is prevented to fulfill his/her duties for any reason

• The Treasurer

• Responsible for the accounting of the Association and the control of the budget and membership fees

General Assembly

General assembly is the body of all members (i.e. member companies).

Working Groups

The technical work of the Association is carried out by the Working Groups. The Board may install working groups to undertake analysis, approval of commitments and other related technical work to establish new versions of COMASSO.

Platform Integration Group

Platform Integration Group is a working group installed by the board to create the COMASSO platform. Platform Integration Group is responsible for

• acceptance process of Contributions for the Platform,

• assignment of Contributions to a Baseline,

• evaluation of Baselines,

• planning and maintenance of Baselines and the Platform.
